PRIVACY STATEMENT

We consider your privacy one of our top priorities. Any information gathered by Battery International is kept private. We will not share or sell your information to anyone except with our distribution partners to process your order, the shipping carrier to ship your order and when required by law. Orders placed online are placed through a secure server for your protection. BatteryInternational.com uses SSL encryption technology when gathering information during the ordering process. Your credit card number is not kept with your online registration and must be re-entered during future orders for your protection.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING
Battery International typically uses UPS, Fedex and USPS to deliver your orders. For standard ground and expedited shipping rates including Next Day Air and Second Day Air, add items to your shopping cart and enter your zip code to calculate rates. For orders shipped "ground", every effort will be made to ship the same day if received by 12:00pm CST M-F. Orders returned to us due to an incorrect address will incur additional shipping charges to reship. Please be sure to include suite numbers and apartment numbers, if applicable.

If you include an email address with your order, a tracking number will be emailed to you.

RETURN POLICY



We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. We recommend that you thoroughly research the product you are considering before purchasing. *Please note that all returned merchandise will be tested and inspected upon receiving. Batteries are individually coded to ensure quality. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, your item may be returned within 15 calendar days (unless otherwise stated). You will be responsible for the original shipping costs unless the return is a result of our error. Original shipping costs will be refunded when the shipment is our error (wrong item shipped, shipping damage). The returned product must be in new & re-sellable condition. All products must be returned with its original box and packing materials provided by the manufacturer. For orders that shipped free, the original shipping & handling charge is usually about twenty percent of the item value. That amount will be deducted from your total credit. You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed upon. A return authorization number is mandatory prior to return. We recommend tracking and insuring all returns.



 



To attain a Return Authorization Number, please contact us at the link below. Credit will be issued after our returns department receives and processes the return. Please allow at least 10 business days from the date the return is received for credit to be issued. Credit may take up to 2 billing cycles to be reflected on your statement.



 



Acceptable Reasons for Return.
• Product is damaged or defective.
• Product is not what you ordered.
• You are not satisfied with the quality of the product.
• You ordered the wrong product.

Conditions for Returns
• Request must be made within 15 calendar days of receiving product.
• You must call or email us for a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before returning the product.
• Product must be complete in original packaging and in resalable condition to qualify for a 100% refund.
• Product must include original packaging for 85% refund.
• Product must be returned within 15 days of the date the RMA is issued.

Amounts of Refund
• 100% price & shipping if damaged, defective, or incorrect-sent items
• 100% price if product quality does not meet your expectations
• 85% price You ordered the wrong product or no longer want or need the product
• 85% or less Returning the product without an RMA and most other reasons for return
• 0% Item was purchased more than 15 days ago, or item received by BatteryInternational.com more than 15 days after RMA was issued.

Other Information: All products that are received from us damaged will be replaced at no additional cost to you. In the event that a product is sent as a replacement but the damaged or defective product is not returned within 15 days of receiving the return label, you will be charged for the un-returned product without  notice.

RETURN PROCEDURES
To return a product, please follow the steps below:

1. Call us at 877-28-BATTERY or email us at rma@batteryinternational.com for a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number within 15 days of receiving the product. Please provide the following information when requesting an RMA:
• Invoice number (found on the invoice included in package)
• Reason for return
• Your name and contact information, including daytime phone number in the event we need to contact you regarding the return.
2. Verify that the merchandise you are returning meets the Conditions for Returns (see above), including fully resalable condition (except for defective product).
3. Return the merchandise via UPS, or US Mail insured, with delivery confirmation within 15 days of receiving RMA. For damaged and defective products we will send you a return label for you to return the product at no extra cost to you. Products returned, but not received by Battery International are the sole responsibility of the customer. Use a track-able, and insured shipping method for your own protection.



4. Clearly print the RMA number on the outside of the package.

Credits
Credit will be issued after our returns department receives and processes your return. Please allow 10 days from the date of your return for your credit to be issued. Credit may take up to 2 billing cycles to be reflected on your statement. See above (Return Policy) for details about refund amounts.



 



PAYMENT
Credit Card or PayPal is recommended to expedite orders. Payment in advance is also available by personal or business check & Money Order.



 



PRICING



Prices are as published and are subject to change. We reserve the right to cancel any order at any time for any reason. Quantity discounts may apply. Please call for more details if you are ordering more than 20 batteries.

RECYCLING
Proper disposal of batteries is very important to us. Do not throw these items in your trash. Most cities will accept used batteries for recycling at little or no cost to you. Please see your government listings in your local yellow pages for a recycling center near you. Sealed Lead-Acid batteries are 99% recyclable and we all must do our part to keep batteries out of landfills.
